Health Safety and Environment

The BAM Estate Health & Safety Policy was first published in March 2002. It is reviewed by the Board of directors each year.

In 2006 the remit of the Health and Safety sub-committee was extended to encompass environmental issues, and its composition enlarged to include several more directors. They have reviewed and extended the Health Safety and Environment Policy accordingly, and the current Policy document can be viewed here:-

If a resident or employee has any concerns or suggestions, please forward them to the Estate Manager who will present them to the Health and Safety sub-committee. The sub-committee is charged with assessing risks on the Estate, prioritising works and allocating resources.
